  I just wanted to let you know what terrific service I had today.

I brought my 2010 Venza in for its first service appointment and recall improvements.  I was taken care of promptly upon my arrival by Lawrence.  I was driven home from the dealership by Don who took great care of me.  My car was ready one hour in advance of the approximated finishing time I was provided by Lawrence upon dropping off the vehicle in the morning.  Don picked me up and actually called me to ensure I was okay with having to pick up another customer prior to arriving at the dealership.  (Which I was fine with an appreciated his telephone call.)  Don dropped us at the front door and my vehicle was clean and ready to go.  I had a question about the service of the vehicle when I arrived home, called the service department back and had my question answered appropriately.

  First, thank you for all your attention and to everyone on your support team for your patience in all the HOOPLA  we created surrounding the purchase of our new RAV4 SPORT - - - it all came together!
Right from the moment we came onto the lot and entered the show room, we had a good positive comfort level.
Having worked in a few different dealerships (Ens Toyota Saskatoon being one of them) I look for particular things and how I feel entering the building . The reception I (we) received from the receptionist, to our first introduction to you was stellar, from start to finish.
We are completely happy with the vehicle - - -awesome ride, power and control, and of course the TOYOTA QUALITY - - -just get in and drive - - - easy to get used to the driveability of this vehicle. It truly is a comfortable fun vehicle to drive.

  Thank you for asking Paul Petersen to look after my concerns with regards to my 2007 Toyota Corolla.With his expertise he promptly diagnosed the problem and remedy the problem by re-rotating all 4 tires with some recommendation for the future. Excellent customer service.

  Toyota is the only brand of vehicle that i have owned. I had a '73 Collola while i was in university. When i graduated in '86 i bought a new Toyota truck. i sold it 20 years later to but a 2006 Tacoma. The only reason i sold the Tacoma was i bought a boat that was to big to tow with the Tacoma, so i got a Tundra. My next purchase will be a Rav 4 to replace the one my wife currently drives. I purchased the Tundra from Canyon Creek Toyota even though it is a lot further away from my house than Charlesglen Toyota because they gave me a better deal and were truly interested in meeting my needs.

  I liked the way Toyota responded to the recent safety issues, they did the right thing, and it takes integrity to admit to the problems they had, real or imagined. I was not overly impressed with my 2009 Toyota Camry LE performance, but i trusted in the quality of Toyota, so i took a chance on a 2010 Rav4 and, so far, I am very impressed, keep up the good work Toyota !!

  Hello, one of the big selling points with Canyon Creek Toyota was the fact that they did not charge an additional 'documentation fee' for things like switching registration (only the actual cost in my case), contacting insurance agency to register the vehicle and 'handling fee' for the financing setup. also, both Theresa and Lindsay were very professional and friendly, without making me feel like i was being patronized or otherwise 'played' with. Mark Kerr was also a great individual and was quick with the financing documentation and setup. Thank you again for making my purchase a pleasant experience.

  Vehicle has exceeded expectations so far. I had concerns v6 would not have enough power to tow 4,000 lb boat but appears to be adequate and fuel economy much better than jeep v8.

  6 days after my purchase, I was involved in a 15 vehicle highway accident. I did not hit any one but was hit 4 times by 3 different vehicles. I have a lot of damage on my car, but I truly feel that my Venza played a very large role in my son's and my protection in that accident. My husband advised our salesman that the car was towed to the dealership, when I walked into the dealership two days later, my salesman and the lady who delivered the vehicle both had big hugs for me and were very concerned about my health. This is from people I just met, they were very concerned which meant alot to me.
